In 2012, in a short visit to my daughter and grandkids, we decided to look for a house for them to establish instead of renting in Kissimmee, FL. For me, this was like going into a completely unknown rollercoaster.

I’ve Being living in New York for more than 2 decades, only visited Florida about twice, and in top of that I’ve been facing some serious health conditions which make me a disabled person. Knew practically nothing about mortgages, insurance, market, etc.

With her knowledge and constant disposition we soon found the perfect house. She helped me thru the whole process until we closed.

But not only that, at the beginning of this year my daughter needed to return to New York; so now I needed to sell the house.

Thank God I found her contact; call her and explain my situation and needs. We were in business again; only this time was the other way around.

Unbelievable for me, but once Ms Wanzer published the property on the Market, the same day we received 3 offers, and happily we were able to close the sale much faster than I imagined, which gave me a lot of Peace of mind.
