About Valerie

Valerie has over 15years of experience in the real estate industry. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1987.  She started her career in real estate in Atlanta and received the Golden Eagle Award for Agent of the Year for 1995/1996 and 1996/1997 for Coldwell Banker, Atlanta (formerly Success 2000 Realty). Valerie relocated to Orlando in 1997 where she received the Master Ruby Award with Century 21 Sunshine Realty in 2004.  Valerie was #1 in sales for Razzani International Realty from 2005-2007and in on track for 2008.  She was featured in the July 2006 issue of Orlando Magazine (the Power 50 issue) and she made the prestigious "Hot 100" Real Estates Best Agents as published in Orlando Magazine June 2007 as well as the June 2008 issue. Valerie was named among the top 7% of real estate agents in Orlando to be voted as "Best in Client Satisfaction" by her clients in the May/June  2009 nissue of Florida Homebuyer Magazine has most recently joined the Sommerville Real Estate Group in Winter Park, Florida. (Broker, Kara Sommerville)  She is also a member of the prestigious womens networking organization WOAMTEC (Women On A Mission To Earn Commission) which was recently named in the Orlando Business Journal as "What's Hot" in the Orlando social networking scene.  Her outgoing personality and warm bright smile helps you understand why her favorite charity is The Smile Train which, thru the efforts of caring and dedicated physicians and nurses, gives children born with cleft palate deformities the ability to "smile" in most cases for the first time in their lives.  She prides herself on personalized attention and adapting to each clients needs and desires.  Patiently listening to and educating her clients on the vast array of options available to them is of  the utmost importance to her as well as making sure the client always knows she is just a phone call away.  Valerie believes that most of her success is due to a good support system, namely her husband of 19 years, Ken, that allows her to extend herself for her clients. She takes care of every aspect of the sale from beginning to end which can include arranging for hotel accomodations, airport pickups, moving companies, home inspections, etc. Customer "total satisfaction" equals results and 97% of Valerie's business is referred!
